Here’s a quick meal that is oh-so-good!! This is one of my favorite things to cook when I’m short on time but really have a taste for something filling and soulful. Hope you enjoy! I’ll link it below. 16oz bag of frozen okra 1 16oz lb bag of frozen seasoning blend 1-2 tbs of minced garlic 2 lbs of large shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 lb of smoked sausage (chopped or sliced) 1 8 oz can of diced tomatoes 2 tbs of olive oil Black Pepper (to taste) Salt (to taste) Garlic Powder (to taste) Onion Powder (to taste) Slap Ya Mama (to taste) Tony Chachere’s (to taste) White Vinegar (2-3 tbs)
